LAS VEGAS, NV – Entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs with fewer than 10 employees are invited to attend the annual meeting held at Las Vegas City Hall, 495 S. Main St., on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be invited to one Micro Business Summit.

Data shared by GoDaddy's Venture Forward research initiative shows Southern Nevada is a mecca for microbusinesses (companies with fewer than 10 employees, unique web domains, and active websites). Approximately 28 small businesses per 100 people operate in the city of Las Vegas, which is more than three times the national average for the number of small businesses per capita. In fact, the city of Las Vegas is home to over 335,000 small businesses.

At this inaugural event in Las Vegas, attendees will learn how We're excited to share how you can save time and find more customers,” said Gourav Pani, President of US Independents at GoDaddy.
Las Vegas-specific Venture Forward data reveals that local entrepreneurs rate access to capital, online marketing efforts, and business licenses as their biggest challenges. That's why the MicroBusiness Summit focuses on these topics.
Attendees can stop by the resource fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to speak one-on-one with local corporate agents. Agents answer questions and connect business owners with support.
A welcome address by Dr. Desirae King, a renowned small business owner and motivational speaker, will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by a keynote address by Pani at 9:45 a.m.
Attendees can also attend a special session on how to put your money to use with local banking experts at 10:15 a.m. and a special session on building your online presence with GoDaddy Senior Director of Marketing Amy Jennette at 10:45 a.m. Masu.There will also be a session on Business Licensing starts at 11:45am
